1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ss77 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ss77 ("ss77," "we," "us," or "our"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the ss77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ss77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ss77 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ss77 or any applicable regulatory authority.

ss77 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at ss77's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ss77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. ss77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ss77 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your ss77 account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Never share your ss77 Login credentials with any third party.
• Notify ss77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices in locations such as internet cafes in Manila, Cebu, or Davao.

ss77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ss77 support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

ss77 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ss77 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ss77 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ss77 processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Anti-Money Laundering: ss77 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. ss77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited on the Platform must be used for gaming purposes and may not be deposited and withdrawn without meaningful play activity.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ss77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your ss77 account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not automatically withdrawable as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• ss77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ss77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.

6 Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Issues

All games available on the ss77 Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

ss77 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer protocols that are independently tested to ensure fair outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for applicable games are disclosed within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ss77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. However, ss77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ss77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ss77 staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your ss77 account by a minor.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ss77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of ss77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ss77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ss77 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ss77 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ss77 software or technology .
• Use any ss77 trademark, logo, or brand name without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of ss77 intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ss77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the ss77 Platform.

ss77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ss77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ss77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ss77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the ss77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ss77 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and OTP-based two-factor authentication to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ss77 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ss77 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11 Responsible Gaming

ss77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your ss77 account settings, or contact our support team to activate a mandatory exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will prevent access to your account for the duration you specify.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ss77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at ss77 staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account termination for cause, ss77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

You may close your ss77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ss77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ss77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ss77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ss77 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

ss77 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
